Business Service Sector (BSS) in Poland is growing at fast pace. From headcount employment perspective Poland already rank first in Europe and third globally. Strengths of polish locations are: (1) qualified personnel, (2) proficient knowledge of foreign languages, (3) geographical proximity, (4) cultural similarity and (5) cost effectiveness. Currently biggest investment comes from United States and Great Britain. Nonetheless both Nordic countries and DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) are increasingly more engaged.
