I run programmes, portfolios and delivery organisations for tech and ecommerce businesses. I also wrote a book about getting your time back, and host a podcast about what AI is doing to the way teams work.

End-to-end delivery
I deliver a project or a product for you end to end, on short or long-term engagements. Digital is the main focus, and it runs wide inside it: ecommerce, cloud, AI, key systems migrations, and full IT transformation.

AI audits and full AI process implementation, including agentic work: where it removes real effort, what it costs to run, and the operating rules that keep it in place.

Consulting
Operational management, project and product delivery, and process auditing — for teams that need the practice fixed rather than the plan rewritten.
Head of Delivery & OperationsROIROI · Jul 2024 – present
Own the delivery portfolio P&L — around 180M PLN a year — reporting profitability, margin, burn-rate and billable utilisation to executive leadership. Lead the PMO: delivery methodology, governance and tooling standardised across the portfolio, with 100–120 people under coverage. Manage and mentor a team of six-plus Project Managers, and act as the final escalation point alongside sales, client services and technical teams on solutioning, cross-sell and resourcing.
Head of Delivery & OperationsParagon DCX (ORM Europe) · Nov 2019 – Jan 2024
Managed the P&L for the ORM Europe delivery portfolio — roughly £5M a month — for profitable growth aligned to company investment decisions. Led the delivery function across a portfolio of technology projects and owned delivery, regulatory and compliance risk including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. Supported new-business sales and mentored delivery and quality teams toward a product mindset.
Continuous Improvement ManagerXylem Inc. · Apr 2017 – Mar 2018
Led continuous-improvement projects across Europe Shared Services: 100+ people and 11 workstreams. Built a CI Coordinator structure and an Operational Reporting Framework, and supervised RPA and process-optimisation work.
Service Delivery ManagerXL Catlin (AXA XL) · Jun 2014 – Mar 2017
Ran service delivery across around 35 staff covering Global AP, Claims, Expense and Legal Entity Reporting — SLA reporting, escalations and SAP process improvements — and supervised continuous improvement across a 210-person office.
