Topic I covered relate to Shinrin-Yoku, a Japanese art of Forest Therapy. It is getting more and more popular in recent years and it is indeed a great and proactive way to build strong health!
You don’t need neither huge budget nor too much time investment for it. It is truly for everybody. Finally, if you are able to find coniferous forest with for example pines or spruces, you can exercise Shinrin-Yoku throughout the year regardless of the seasons! Hope you gonna like this one!
