> Tom Dulz is a Head of Delivery & Operations (COO-level) based in the EU and working remotely. He runs programmes, portfolios and delivery organisations for tech and ecommerce businesses, helps companies adopt AI inside their operations, hosts a podcast about AI at work, and wrote the book "Take Your Time Back".

- Previous: Head of Delivery & Operations at Paragon DCX (ORM Europe), 2019 to 2024, managing a portfolio of roughly GBP 5M a month, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance.
